Arrival Day! Land in HKT Airport where a member of our team will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your accommodation. Unpack, Rest and Unwind while settling in to your new home for the next 4 weeks!

Monday

9am - 12pm : Group Breakfast & Orientation
1pm-2pm - Dexa Scan and Body Analysis
5pm-6pm Group Fitness Class at Pirate Camp Phuket
7pm-9pm Group Welcome Dinner

Tuesday

8am-9am Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session
4pm-5pm Workshop : Nutrition Demystified: Building the Ultimate Active Lifestyle Diet

Wednesday

8am - 10am : Group Muay Thai Session
5pm-7pm Yoga & Ice Bath

Thrusday

8am - 10am : Run/Walk to Big Buddha 12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session

Friday

8am - 10am : Beach Workout @ Naiharn
4pm-6pm Group Muay Thai Session

Saturday

8am-9am : Low Tide Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
11am - 7pm : Group Trip to Banana Beach by Longtail Boat
