- 4pm-5pm Workshop : Mind Over Body: The Psychology of Fitness and Motivation
Wednesday
- 8am – 10am : Group Muay Thai Session.
- 5pm-7pm Yoga & Ice Bath
Thrusday
- 8am – 10am : Run/Walk to Big Buddha.
- 12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session
Friday
- 8am – 10am : Beach Workout @ Naiharn.
- 4pm-6pm Group Muay Thai Session
Saturday
- 8am-9am: Low Tide Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
- 11am-4pm : Group Trip to Visit an Ethical Elephant Sactuary
