  • 8am-9am Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
  • 12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session.
  • 4pm-5pm Workshop : Mind Over Body: The Psychology of Fitness and Motivation

Wednesday

  • 8am – 10am : Group Muay Thai Session.
  • 5pm-7pm Yoga & Ice Bath

Thrusday

  • 8am – 10am : Run/Walk to Big Buddha.
  • 12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session

Friday

  • 8am – 10am : Beach Workout @ Naiharn.
  • 4pm-6pm Group Muay Thai Session

Saturday

  • 8am-9am: Low Tide Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
  • 11am-4pm : Group Trip to Visit an Ethical Elephant Sactuary
