Week 1
Sunday
- Arrival Day! Land in HKT Airport where a member of our team will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your accommodation. Unpack, Rest and Unwind while settling in to your new home for the next 4 weeks!

- 5pm-6pm Group Fitness Class at Pirate Camp Phuket.

- 4pm-5pm Workshop : Nutrition Demystified: Building the Ultimate Active Lifestyle Diet

Terms & Condition
A Non Refundable Deposit of 25% of the program fee is required in order to confirm your spot.
The balance of the payment is due Prior to arrival.
All Meals included are provided meal prep style and delivered once per day.
It is the participants responsibility to inform us of any dietary or physical restrictions prior to the arrival of the program in order for TFC to accommodate.
