Here is the full and detailed schedule of all the exciting activities we have planned for you during your stay with us.
Sunday, March 24th: Arrival and Relaxation
- Morning: Arrival at Phuket International Airport (HKT). Private transfer to Eden Beach Khao Lak (approximately 1-hour drive).
- Afternoon: Check-in at the hotel, and enjoy a welcome drink. Settle into your room and explore the hotel grounds.
- Evening: Free evening and dinner on own.
Monday, March 25th: Introduction to Fitness and Wellness
- Morning:
- Sunrise beach yoga session (1 hour).
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Late Morning: Orientation session with our On Site team
- Afternoon: Lunch on own followed by group muay thai.
- Evening: Group welcome dinner.
Tuesday, March 26th: Golf and Active Recovery
- Morning:
- Early breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Tublamu Navy Golf Course (20 minutes from the hotel). Play 18 holes on this scenic course overlooking the Andaman Sea.
- Afternoon: Return to the hotel for lunch on own and some relaxation by the beach or pool.
- Late Afternoon: Yoga session to help with post-golf recovery.
- Evening: Free time
Wednesday, March 27th: Martial Arts
- Morning:

- Transfer to a local Muay Thai School.

- Afternoon: Return to the hotel for lunch on own and some relaxation by the beach or pool.
- Late Afternoon: Yoga session to help with post-golf recovery.
- Evening: Become a spectator at traditional martial arts Fight Night.
Thursday, March 28th: Golf and Culture Exploration
- Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Blue Canyon Country Club (1 hour 15 minutes from Khao Lak), renowned for its stunning landscapes and world-class facilities. Enjoy an 18-hole game.
- Afternoon: Lunch at the Blue Canyon and return to the hotel for rest.
- Evening: Explore Khao Lak’s night market and local shops for some souvenirs and authentic Thai street food.
Friday, March 29th: Beach and Water Activities
- Morning:
- Early breakfast.
- Take a private Long Tail Boat tour for snorkeling, swimming, and beach relaxation (half-day trip). Lunch is included.
- Late Afternoon: Attend a Thai cooking class where you learn to make healthy, traditional Thai dishes and enjoy them!
- Evening: Free evening to enjoy the hotel amenities or a quiet beachside drink.
Saturday, March 30th: Fitness and Wellness Focus
- Morning:
- Breakfast at the Hotel.
- Start the day with a Beach Workout.
- Afternoon: Enjoy lunch and free time at the hotel’s beach restaurant followed by a group Muay Thai Session
- Evening: Wind down with a 1-hour meditation and mindfulness session, followed by dinner on your own.
Sunday, March 31st,: Full-Day Golf Experience
- Morning:
- Early breakfast.
- Transfer to Katathong Golf Resort & Spa (45-minute drive), known for its mountain scenery and challenging layout. Play 18 holes.
- Afternoon: Lunch at the golf club, followed by a return to the hotel.
- Evening: Free evening and dinner on own.
Monday, April 1st: Rest and Recovery Day
- Morning:
- Gentle sunrise yoga on the beach.
- Healthy breakfast with fresh fruit smoothies and detox options.
- Late Morning: Indulge in a final spa treatment of your choice (e.g., full-body massage, facial, or body wrap).
- Afternoon: Free time to relax on the beach, read, or enjoy the pool.
- Evening: Special farewell dinner at a beachfront restaurant with fresh seafood and a celebratory drink.
Tuesday, April 2nd: Departure
- Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel and some final beach time.
- Transfer back to Phuket International Airport for your departure.

A Non Refundable Deposit of 25% of the program fee is required in order to confirm your spot.
The balance of the payment is due Prior to arrival.
All Meals included are provided meal prep style and delivered once per day.
