Week 1

Sunday

  • Arrival Day! Land in HKT Airport where a member of our team will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your accommodation. Unpack, Rest and Unwind while settling in to your new home for the next 4 weeks!

Monday

  • 9am – 12pm : Group Breakfast & Orientation.
  • 1pm-2pm – Dexa Scan and Body Analysis.
  • 5pm-6pm Group Fitness Class at Pirate Camp Phuket.
  • 7pm-9pm Group Welcome Dinner

Tuesday

  • 8am-9am Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
  • 12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session.
  • 4pm-5pm Workshop : Mind Over Body: The Psychology of Fitness and Motivation

Wednesday

  • 8am – 10am : Group Muay Thai Session.
  • 5pm-7pm Yoga & Ice Bath

Thrusday

  • 8am – 10am : Run/Walk to Big Buddha.
  • 12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session

Friday

  • 8am – 10am : Beach Workout @ Naiharn.
  • 4pm-6pm Group Muay Thai Session

Saturday

  • 8am-9am : Low Tide Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
  • 11am – 7pm : Group Trip to Banana Beach by Longtail Boat
