12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session.
4pm-5pm Workshop : Mind Over Body: The Psychology of Fitness and Motivation
Wednesday
8am – 10am : Group Muay Thai Session.
5pm-7pm Yoga & Ice Bath

8am – 10am : Run/Walk to Big Buddha.
12pm-1pm/1pm-2pm 1:1 Personal Training Session

8am – 10am : Beach Workout @ Naiharn.
4pm-6pm Group Muay Thai Session
Saturday
8am-9am : Low Tide Group Fitness Class @ Pirate Camp Phuket.
11am – 7pm : Group Trip to Banana Beach by Longtail Boat
